“When a Leader Gets Better Everybody Wins!”

This past Thursday and Friday I joined thousands of other leaders from around the globe participating in the Global Leadership Summit – with the goal of becoming a better leader!

This GLS was my 19th!  But for the first time for me – it was a virtual experience!  In past years I have always attended with a bunch of friends at a satellite location in the Dallas, Texas Area:

This year’s GLS was simply amazing!  I was again challenged to grow!

My take-away this year is that I need to continue to ask questions and listen!  You are probably thinking that’s not new for Bob!  Keep reading!  The new part is that I need to continually seek out people who are not like me – who don’t look like me – who are not my age – who didn’t grow up like I did – who don’t live where I live – who don’t think like I think – to ask them questions and to listen – to ask them to be my teacher and for me to be their student!
