50th Wedding Anniversary

50 years ago today on December 21, 1969, I received my greatest Christmas Present ever, when Sherry Anne Faulkner became my wife!  Today – December 21, 2019 is our 50th Wedding Anniversary!

50 years ago today we answered one of life’s 3 most important questions:

Master?

Mate?

Mission?

Here are the Questions the Pastor asked me:

Robert Lee Tiede, will you have this woman to be your wife – to live together with her in the covenant of marriage?

Will you love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, in sickness and in health; and, forsaking all others, be faithful unto her as long as you both shall live?

I answered: “I Will!”

For 50 years I have been greatly blessed to be married to my forever love!

Together we have been blessed with 4 wonderful children and their 4 loving mates and 6 remarkable grandchildren!

He who finds a wife finds a good thing,
And obtains favor from the Lord.

                                                Proverbs 18:22

Rejoice in the wife of your youth!

                                                Proverbs 5:18
