  • The 1 question you can use whenever someone shares something with you that you think might not be true.
  • The 1 question you should ask whenever one of your staff comes to you with a complaint.
  • The 3 questions a British wife asked when she had to take over her husband’s company after his death, and subsequently grew their revenue from £10 million to £25 million in just 2 years!
  • The 1 question that can dramatically increase the success of any meeting you are in.
  • The 2 questions you should ask whenever you have an under performing team member.

  9. I downloaded your book, and as I started scanning through the pages, I realized this is a book I need to print. It cracked me to see “I have an addiction to telling.” I have been told I have an addiction to listening – and being a sponge. I believe I learn most from people who aren’t like me, so I look forward to what you’re going to tell me.

I can hardly contain my enthusiasm for digging into Great Leaders ask Questions because I see some names of leaders whose books I have read and wrote surveys of – and of course names of individuals I admire from their online presence. I consider my connections with them somewhat of a relationship, albeit tenuous. Andy Stanley (Visionering), Cheryl Bachelder (Dare to Serve), Bill Treasurer (Leaders Open Doors), and Jesus, whose book I read every day.
